We hope you are entirely satisfied with your parcel however in the unlikely event you would like to return or cancel and you've not received a dispatch email, please email thepupparcelcompany@gmail.com to request to cancel the order.
If you received your goods, return requests must be made to us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items. Please email thepupparcelcompany@gmail.com. You then have a further 14-days to get your items back to us.
Currently we are unable to offer free returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us, so we advise you send these via a tracked delivery service. All goods must be returned to us in a resaleable condition, items must not have been opened or tested and must have all labels still attached and not tampered with. Once your items have reached us, we will check your items within 3 working days and issue a refund if the above has been adhered to.
Postage charges on the original outgoing order will not be refunded, nor will we cover the postage costs of items returned to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will check your returns and if everything is satisfactory, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
